KFC Gatemax - Worst KFC I have ever dealt with

<p>During the December holidays I waited so long in the drive through for my meal, that the 45 free minutes parking I had was exceeded by another 45 minutes. It was attributed to the holiday rush. The past weekend (with no holiday makers in Umhlanga) I joined the queue in the drive through and after waiting 20 minutes I finally reached the window to order. Only to be told that "the chicken is in the pots" and that it will take another 10 to 15 minutes. Needless to say, I sped off and went to Chicken Licken. This branch of KFC is poorly run in my opinion and this kind of service is just terrible. Sadly not surprising, their service is just as terrible as the quality of their chicken. I am trying hard to get my son to stop eating this and join me at chicken licken, whose food is great and the service even better. Please close the Gatemax branch of KFC, it is just making life a misery!</p>
