KFC Gatemax at it again!

Once again my order was late and it was messed up yet again, delivery is the worst thing a person can do at KFC! We ordered a streetwise 2 pap n gravy we got a streetwise 2 with chips, my crunch burger I asked for white sauce but I got hot sauce, I asked for a side breast piece but I got a thigh and I asked for a come zero because I am diabetic but a got a normal coke and this was at Gatemax KFC yet again, I dont know why they ask for special instructions but they dont follow them!
