KFC GATEMAX A

I am really disappointed with the level of service received at KFC GATEMAX IN UMHLANGA near Coastlands hotel. A day before we had called in and made an order the gentleman who we spoke to took our order. Today we make an order telephonically and they say they don't take orders over the phone. Literally a day before I ordered but today they don't do orders. Why did the guy not inform us yesterday then, that they don't do them.

So, we ended up ordering at the store. When we order I clearly ask for a meal that has A piece of meat, chips, a burger and a drink. I go to an extent to say the meal is normally around R60. The cashier responds by saying which burger. I tell her I am not sure what burger it is but I believe its a crunch burger. She goes on and says there are many burgers that are available which one , at this point she is naming all of them she then moves away from the till point point until her manager I assume stands in assists.

She displays attitude instead of informing me that no, we now have a new menu and this is what we have. I had clearly given her an indication of what I would like to have. I spent ten minutes waiting to order!!

I am really irritated by the level of service I received, its not the first time we get terrible service for this place.

I would highly not recommend.
