KFC Gatemax 329 Umhlanga Rdg, Newtown Centre, Umhlanga, 4319. Its sad that now days customers get treated in this disgusting way!

Ordered a 10 piece dunked wings and found hair in my food. When I did call up the store and asked to speak to the manager a man by the name of Wilfred said his the manager. He insisted that the hair was mine instead of an apology. I then told him that I was going to get the cops involved because this is an health and safety issue and he began to give me attitude on the call. After his disgusting behavior he then placed me on hold and then retrieved the call and started to press the key pad button and dropped my calls many times. I have everything on Video as proof and I have also uploaded it to social media. We give them business not the opposite way around. He also refused to fetch the food from me or give me a refund of my money! I am really disgusted with KFC!!
