KFC GALLERIA MAKES ONLINE ORDERS WAIT FOR MIN FOR PICK UP

I placed an online order for KFC at Galleria Mall. I paid for the order and I just needed to collect it. I went to the branch to collect my order only to stand and wait for 10min for my food collection. The whole idea of ordering and paying for pick up is so that I just go to the restaurant and PICK UP not wait like I ordered the food in-store. Very bad service.
