KFC Fynlands-bad service-poor quality food

To whom it may concern. The KFC branch in Fynlands require some serious interventions in regards to their service and the quality of food. I buy food from this store because it is in the area, and when ever I do buy food from here I'm highly disappointed.

I think it is time management in the store took a stand. Yesterday I bought food, the cheesy nacho crunch burger which was terrible, no cheese sause, the fillet tasted old and dry, there was one tiny piece of a doritos chip in the burger. The burger just tasted like it was made hours ago.

The chips tasted as if it was refried, the bucket for 1, had only 7 pieces of chips in there, the wings was old and dry.

On two other occasions I ordered crunch burgers and again, these were dry and old.

On a different occasion I ordered the 10 piece family treat with additional conel burgers and wraps as I had family over. The attendant fitted everything into 1 packet, as I lifted the packet everything opened up and fell into my car due to the packet tearing. I could not under why more packets could have not been used.

Lastly the drive through is extremely ineffective. When you are at the voice box, there are times it does not work. You have to drive through to the last window and place your order and pay and wait for it. This builds up traffic and long waiting periods. There is a reason why there is a system in place, use it.

I have eaten at many other KFC stores, the KFC in North Dale and South way mall is quite good with their service and quality of food produced. I think Fynlands store needs to go to one of these stores for an induction course.

Reason I am saying this is that I spend money which doesn't come easy, in return expect service delivery, you must deliver what you promise.I am prepared to pay for the food, please be prepared to sell me quality food.

Please can management look into this, I live around Fynlands and I do not think I should have to drive all the way through to South way mall so I can get some quality food, management is running the Fynlands stores and needs to run it properly.

I am even prepared to send through images of the food I bought yesterday as proof to what I am saying.
