KFC *****

I ordered food, then the store canceled my order WITHOUT contacting me. KFC Wants me to wait 7 days for refund. I have now opened a case for ***** with the police as well as my bank. This is pathetic. I waited almost 2 hours for my order, and I had to phone in twice for feedback.
