KFC FRANCOIS ROAD DURBAN WORST BRANCH IN SA!

The Francois Road, Durban branch of KFC has to be the damn worst in SOUTH AFRICA!!!

I have, over the last 2 years, on an ongoing basis experienced tomato sauce sachets being out of stock, the ice cream machine is forever broken, the chicken has been dry and dark skin, most likely from old oil being used , running out of chicken at 8pm, seriously under staffed with massive queues - one person at till and no one else in front to pack orders on a busy month end and occasions like tonight their doors are closed with staff standing at the tills inside and when I enquired they said they are closed - this is 9pm on Friday, 19 April 2019.

I habe, through their channels formally laid complaints outlining the above , with promises it would be attended to, and yet I still find the branch having the same issues even I until now that I'm writing this review.

Conclusion - mismanagement, no care attitude , badly run franchise.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
