KFC FRANCOIS ROAD
<p>I HAVE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT OUT OF THIS WORLD SHOCKING SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH OF KFC. I PLACED AN ORDER TODAY AT 11:36AM TO BE TOLD NOW AT 1:05PM THAT MY ORDER WAS NOT PLACED DUE TO A TECHNICAL ERROR. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD SHOCKING SERVICE...AND DO YOU THINK ANYONE FROM KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN SOUTH AFRICA HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL OR APOLOGISE? I AM NOW TOLD THEY ARE PLACING THE ORDER NOW AND I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KFC AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!</p>
So I finally got my food 2hrs later followed by a call asking if I recieved my meal...Yes I got it... ice cold squashed chips and luke warm chicken...amazing!!! I was told the head of the complaints dept would call me as soon as he was done on his call...that was over an hour ago. Again the level of service from KFC never seems to shock me anymore...after all this is southafrica where u get **** service or no service at all! Congrats KFC...you strike again!
