KFC FOUTAIN PLAZA. Very poor service. Every time I buy there and ask for specific pieces. They agree and never ever give me what I asked for. Today I asked for the manager Bongi who then proceeded to tell me it is their rule not to give specific pieces. I then asked for her manager. She then changed her statement and gave me what I asked for. After I told her that it is the first time I’m hearing that. In lenasia where I reside, I ask all the time and they give me my chicken pieces of choice. No respect for customers at all
