KFC Fourways crossing sells burned pap

How do you let your clients pay for burnt pap. I went to kfc fourways crossing last night 10 July, wanted to buy burgers but they had no burgers so I decided to get streetwise pap since my daughter loves it and I haven’t had it in a while. Got home opened it up you could smell and taste the burned pap. What a horrible taste and experience. How do you let ppl pay for such horrible service during this though times? Not everyone has an income with this pandemic yet you don’t give a damn and sell burned pap to people.
