KFC Fourways Crossing is nonsense

I placed an order on earlier on,and got confirmation at 18:23 I call at 19:35 to ask why order has been delivered. I'm told the order will be delivered as soon as the is a driver available.

At 20:57 I call again and I'm told that my order is still there on the system and won't be delivered because there are no drivers. So had I not followed up with phone calls 2 times I would have sat and waited for my order.

I'm then told I will either be offered a voucher or a refund which will take 7-13 days to get processed.

Kfc fourways crossing is really the worst.
