KFC Fourways crossing beyond poor service

I have added a remark to the KFC website. This KFC and most I have visited have horrible customer service. They never could get my order right , I spoke to a manager on my order who just left me on the phone and never came back to me, I called the KFC center who were able to reconnect him and I after I got to the store to straighten up my order again. One hour later, I am in the system and he asks me to re-order again. Just horrible. I would give it a negative review if I could. Same experience in monte casino.
