KFC Fountain plaza

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at KFC Fountain plaza,Protea glen ext 31 soweto.Despite visiting them four times, I've had a consistently poor experience. Every time I've tried to order, I've been met with excuses - no mini loaves, no wings, and today was the final straw. I used the drive-through, which was finally open after several attempts, and was told that my order would be ready in 7 minutes.

The problem is that I wasn't informed about the wait time until after I had already paid. Don't the staff receive training on providing customers with options and managing their expectations? I was in a hurry, with hungry kids in the car, and didn't have 7 minutes to spare. I'll have to return later to collect my order, which is incredibly inconvenient.

To make matters worse, I've had a much better experience at Jimmy's, a new establishment aswell in the same complex. They provide fast and friendly service, which is what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. I hope KFC takes my feedback on board and improves their service, as I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experiences so far.
