kfc fort beaufort

sent a friend to the drive through for two brekkie wrap meals i specifically asked for zinger sauce on the brekkie wrap...... i was on video call with my friend through this whole process...it was after 9am this morning 28-12-2021.my friend had to wait for about 25 mins for the food, I asked my friend to Hand his fone over to the manager i would like to speak to him and the manager refused to speak to me. eventually the food has been received no zinger sauce no tomato, the fillet looked like it was fried in old brown old and not fresh..... it's not the first time I'm experiencing bad very bad service with the kfc in fort beaufort.
