KFC food poisoning

Food Poisoning at KFC, Vanderbijlpark, SW5 - My family and I have been buying KFC foods from this branch for the last 3 years. We usually buy meals from them during the weekends. However, on Saturday, the 7th October 2017 all my family members including myself were in hospital for severe food poisoning. We only ordered chips and KFC sweet-chili twisters. I called KFC customer care and I e-mailed them. Unfortunately, we did not get a proper apology and we did not get any compensation for all our hospital and other medical costs.
