KFC food poising

On the 15/03/20 my daughter bought a kfc ice cream and to our disappointment she found what seems like dry, burnt chicken piece (atleast I would like to think that). I then sent a twit to @kfccustomercare & kfcsa but I have not heard anything from KFC. The outlets have been closed with Corona virus and KFC had ample time to respond back to. I’m now worried of the quality of food we’ll be served once the outlets reopen.
