KFC food is in the league of terrible

Yesterday morning took my girlfriend to KFC where we ordered a fully loaded zinger box meals from the drive thru. we got our order went home then opened our food to find that the burgers was looking a bit odd so we opened the burgers and saw the lettuce was dark and black on some sides also my girlfriend's burger had no tomato or zinger sauce. it gets worse when we bit into the burger the fillet was dry and rubbery. This just goes to show how KFC has lost its quality and also this isn't the first time i have complained about this branch and the terrible food or service. Someone needs to seriously go and sort out things here. I am truly disappointed having to spend money on something that was not even good. Am i gonna get another call saying they sorry and nothing is being done about it???? Over and over you hear about people complaining about this branch and no one has gone out there to sort it out??? This matter should be taken up with the head office and have this branch closed down for constant bad service and food delivery to the customers.
