KFC -Food app -service is terrible

good morning ,i would like to share a bad experience i had with KFC and their food ordering app , i placed an order via the app ,everything went ok ,order was placed ,the money was deducted from my account ,waiting for the order to be delivered ,just for me to recieve a SMS to notify me that they can not find a delivery driver and that my money has been refunded i must wait 7-14 working days ,you would think that a well established company like KFC ,would have the common decency to notify me of the issue and suggest pick in store and rewarding me with a cooldrink or something for collecting seeing they cant deliver ,they decided for the customer without letting me know what is the procedure ,this clause was never made known to me when downloading the app ,the customer care agent was useless and could not sort out the issue either ,when i questioned him on the matter on why this clause is not in the T& C's when you register and download the app ,he told me that its a mistake from their side ,a mistake that i must pay for by waiting and using my airtime for a call that helped noting ,i was sent a SMS saying a consultant will contact me ,i am still waiting ,KFC app is there to make money for them and dont give a **** about the customer ,please people do not use this app as KFC with the customer care is useless ,will KFC give me food and wait 7-14 working days for payment ,i dont think so ,KFC will never ever recieve a sent of my money again -KFC Gelvandale Port Elizabeth ,why offer a service KFC cant fullfill,please people be wary of this app
