Kfc food and service is pathetic

My husband and I decided to stop at the in Gateway Umhlanga..to get me something to eat as I was working nightshift and supper for my kids ..however he was given an attitude by the cashier as she said he does not get to choose his peices and there was no chicken available ...I mean its Kfc how can there be no chicken ...she continued to "roll her eyes" at him and when the chicken was finally ready (seemed like ages). The food was half cooked and soaked in oil and the chips was raw..this was our 2nd bad experience at that same Kfc
