KFC Florida Road - Service

I work in Morningside so obviously the KFC on Florida road is the closest. I experienced terrible service there in December and vowed never to go back. I was in a hurry this morning hence stopping there again and hoping it would be better but unfortunately not. The staff is the most unfriendly lot and is definitely in need of customer service training. This is a fast food outlet and yet I waited forever for my food on all three occasions. The chips I received is old and tastes like oil, the chicken is dry and utterly disgusting. Your service levels are low and clearly you do not care about keeping your standards anymore.
