KFC (Florida) GREAT SERVICE

I visited KFC on 02/08/2021, I used their drive through entrance to get assisted and the service was exceptional. The woman at the order window was professional and she gave me all her attention when I placed my order on the day. She had her other colleagues speaking to her through the headphones but she told them that she was with a customer and had to assist before she could further liase with them. It was the first time I ever saw a response like that because usually one will compete for attention with the other person in their ear.

I was very impressed with the commitment to putting the client first and also getting my order CORRECT and to me as quick as possible because I was in a bit of a rush that day. I am truly impressed with that. You seldom find people who have and display an appreciation for their jobs. I can not remember the tellers name, apologies however I take my hat off to her. Well Done! You just gave your company a good name in my books. GREAT STUFF!!!!!
