KFC Florida full of *****s

Service at KFC Florida is bad , I went to drive thru but they made us wait at the parking for them to do the order, We had to wait 20 minutes to get a burger and chips with 2 pieces of chicken

When the guy finally gave us the order theere was no coldrrink and no chips, I went back to get the remaining items

On my way I decided to check the burger to my shocking discovery the burger was also wrong with wrong patty, when she had to fix it she gave me a collapsing burger showing that she just put another patty on top n put sause on the box than the patty, I paid R65 as per the cashier she demanded further more R25 for a R75 burger

When I told her I owe her R10 both ladies at the windows wer soo rude telling me to move so they can attend to other customers refusing to give me my change back, the guy behind me also drove back to get his order cz they gave him incomplete order.

They are *****'s who give customers missing orders n Rob them off their change, very quick to tell you to move..

Why would I go to drive and be made to wait at the parking, the service is very bad and very unprofessional staff... The dispatching lady is very rude

What a waste of my time and petrol
