KFC Florentia must be government owned

On Wednesday evening 04/12/2019 I went to KFC Florentia Drive Thru, I couldn't place my order by the "order window" so I proceeded to the "pay window" and no1 was there either, I then proceeded to the "collection window" this took over 30mins. People in the queue were blowing hooters. At the collection window I asked for a menu cos I don't know the menu by heart & was told I should've checked @ the order window which was more than 30mins ago. I asked the lady why no1 took my order @ the "order window" and was told by her that she cannot take orders and help people @ the "collection window" so the KFC staff are not trained at all and very rude. I then asked for a manager and was laughed at, I then asked for owner's contact details and was laughed @ again. I then refused to leave the queue, then only I was given their call centre's number, I called them immediately and was given a ref. number CAS-520596-X8N1D5 and was told by the operator that some1 would contact me back immediately 2 resolve the matter, today is the 08/12/2019 and still no call/response from KFC Florentia. I even took photos of the staff involved. KFC WILL NEVER SEE MY HARD ERANED MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!!
