KFC Florentia - Disgusting Customer service

I always go to this KFC as it is closest to my house, however this weekend has brought me nothing but a bad experience. Saturday morning 05/06/2021 my husband went to the drive through, on arriving at the ordering screen he was welcomed by people who had been laughing and having a chat inside the store, he then waited for 10 minutes before hooting for help from the car. They then took his order but had been so confused that they wanted to serve the car behind my husband first. We then went again that day around half 11, we ordered two cappacinos and some food items, we got our cappacinos with the cold drink lids, we were driving, they did not tell us they had the incorrect lids, We went in to ask them for the correct lids, to find out that they didnt have, however we were given hot drinks, with cold drink lids, no straws - (how were we expected to drink that and also drive at the same time) We then went there sunday Morning, also to get cappacinos and crunch burgers, and the exact same thing again, the incorrect lids were given to us, they did not inform us they hadnt had the correct lids, I then went into the store to find out what was going on only to receive very bad customer service from all the staff at the front counter, i waited with no response over 5 minutes, while the lady continues to talk to someone else. Eventually a lady came from the kitchen and threw my refund on the table infront of me, they did not apologise, they did not make another plan to get us the cappacinos. My crunch burger wrapping was torn all over, the burger was actually exposed on the outside.

I am very disappointed and its not the first time, we pay for our food and its really not cheap, yet for the prices they serve us such terrible food its disgusting for a such a large fast food company to deliver on such pathetic terms.
