KFC Florentia Alberton suc****!!!!!

<p>I'm writing this whilst still sitting in a 'newly renovated drive thru. 30 min and still going,not because of high volumes,but because of no moving traffic!!!so eventually I get to the speaker phone,and what does she tell me...we don't have hot chocolate!!!!after 30 min of no moving!!!no sign or anything!!!the speaker didnt work properly either!!so i had to sit in the no moving queue until i could get out.this is not the first time we have this problem.since the upgrade it has been a terrible downgrade!!!! Some major changes need to happen or New staff needs to be employed,but THAT KFC will never see me again and I will spread the word like wild fire!!!!!</p>
