KFC Florentia Alberton a bunch of *******

<p>On Thursday 29 September I bought an 8 Piece Family meal at the Drive-through of KFC Florentia Alberton. There were a cue behind me so I didn't check the order before I left. As I arrived home there were only 7 pieces of chicken in the packet. I immediatly phoned the customer care number and was told someone will phone me back. By Friday 30 September at noon nobody has phoned so I called again. I was given a reference number and was told that it will be forwarded to the branch involved and that some one will contact me. By Friday afternoon nobody has phoned. I then tried to phone the branch directly several times during the course of the weekend and the phone just doesn't get answered. Clearly they are not bothered to look after their customers and I consider them a bunch of ******* as I heard that it is not the first time people pay fo a 8 piece and then receive less at ths particular branch. I will never go there again and will be sure to warn all my family and friends to avoid KFC at all times.</p>
