KFC Florentia

I ordered Kentucky from Florentia branch on 26/11/2021 at 19:06, to be delivered to my address. The order was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes. After about an hour and the order was still not delivered, I drove to Kentucky, Florentia branch. Unfortunately, in my hurry, I didn't write down the order number (Dirk***). With all modern technology of today, I thought that maybe someone will be able to track my order. Yeah, sure! As with all BEE instances, I was agreed with this blank expression on her face. Then a second person was called, even worse expression on his face. You could actually see this one never made grade 1. When the 3rd person was called, I stormed out of the branch as I couldn't face any more dumb expressions. Although, they were clever enough to deduct the R174,70 from my credit account! But that figures, I suppose. Anyway, I hope who ever got my order, suffers from severe stomach ache.
