KFC Fleurdal tardy service

KFC Fleurdal has seen me for the last time. Been sitting in the DRIVE THROUGH (supposed to be quicker) for half an hour and can't get out. They can't take orders at the speaker system, then bypass the payment station on to the collection station where people are placing orders then waiting for order at same window for 10 minutes each. This is not the first time we have experienced such tardy service. Never again! I will rather driver 10km's to the next franchise.
