KFC Fleurdal Bloemfontein

<p>For a second time in a short while, we were amazed that this branch of KFC couldn't provide the order placed from the menu. Tonight we ordered twisters and were told that they are not able to provide twisters nor burgers. I am not sure whether the owner of the branch, or the Franchisee are aware of this unacceptable service to customers. It seems to be a lack of good management and planning. We could not leave the line and were forced to wait until all the cars in the drive-through in front of us were finished!! I find this totally unacceptable!</p>
