KFC FLAMINGO SQUARE (Table View) absolute worst

KFC FLAMINGO SQUARE is (Table View) the absolute worst at customer service. Every single time we order from them via Uber Eats, there is a problem. No issues with any other place, only KFC.

We placed an order at 19h25. At 20h10,still no show. I had to phone the store. Who then told me that they apparently didn't receive an order through Uber eats and they switched everything off 10 minutes ago and can't help. Seriously... Out of of al them places using Uber Eats, there is a convenient issue with the 'system'.

20h30 and we're now trying to sort dinner for the kids. Thanks. Only I phoned the store, did they cancel my order, after the status were 'preparing'.

Other times the food either takes an hour to be delivered, or the pops are only filled half or there are items missing.

It's convenient to pop by when getting the kids from school, but after the 4th time that the ice cream machine is out of order or not working... Plus the constant issues every time we decide to give them another shot.... Honestly, how do they operate?

We're done now. You pushed our loyalty to the limits.
