KFC ! Finger licking mess

Hi, I am utterly disgusted by Parow KFC. I purchased a six piece family treat yesterday 19/08/2018. One of the sides were mash and gravy. In the mash and gravy was a label 'dunked sauce' and an old bone. My elderly mother was eating her mash and came across this in her mouth! We were so astonished... We took the mash back to the store , I requested to speak with the manager. She then tried to explain what the label was and justify why it was there- I asked her why it was in my food? I do not feel this was handled suitably. This is a serious health risk- how many hands have touched the label that was in my food and the old bone? What if my mom had choked. All she did was refund my money and add a small sorry... she didnt take my name, she didnt take my number. I cannot believe this has happened. I have pictures on my mobile phone of the receipt and the dirt i found in my mash. Disgusting. I cannot believe my complaint was handled in this matter. If this was my business I would have handled it much better. I will never use his KFC branch again. Further to this expect reasonable compensation.
