KFC, FINGER LICKING GOOD. SHOULD I LICK MY FINGERS OR DO YOU, BEFORE PREPPING MY FOOD ?

The service at this KFC is pathetic. I purchased a zinger burger meal that was just thrown into a broken box. My patty was not even a proper chicken fillet, it was just crisps in a bun. To my shock, my chips was not only absolutely stale, it also had HAIR in it. I also purchased a crunch burger. This looked as if they made the burger and then dipped half of it into a vat of sauce. it is very disappointing to receive such terrible food and on top of that, worse service. After speaking to the manager, all i received was a haphazard sorry and a new order that was exactly the same but this time with blackened lettuce. The standard of KFC has really dropped, and this leaves me at a loss as we do not receive this food for free, we are purchasing the products.
