KFC finger licking COLDNESS

This is one of my favourite places to go to for a quick bite as of late the service has not been up to par.

I went to the one at Rifle Range and ordered a regular Mash and a Crunch Burger I even added the R2 for add hope.

I waited just over 10 minutes for my order, which is a bit long for what I ordered.

I eventually got it and the whole burger was cold, from the chicken fillet to the bun (which should be toasted but was not!)

When I took it back to get a refund they asked me a million questions instead, and continued to help other customers before attending to my refund.
