kfc - finger chewing good

as many times we ordered kfc from the brakpan branch because they delivery and we work till late. usally we receive our food a hour later though its not even 5min drive. that we can deal with...we ordered one night were amazed that 30min later we received our order, with a nice chewed chappie stuck to our chicken papers...we phoned them and after a fight were according to them nobody chews chappies they replaced our food...today wanting to order again as we are limited to were we can buy because of the delivery systems. they just refused to help us. we contacted headoffice were they forced the branch to help us... kfc brakpan please remember we pay your salary without our support you do not have a job
