KFC Finance department- Refund Due

I ordered KFC last week on their app. May went out of my bank account, however the food was not delivered when I called the bank they confirmed that the money was paid to KFC, I called KFC contact centre they said they will refund me , it can take up 7 days for the money to reflect back into my account its been 2 full weeks now. I have been calling almost every 3rd day , their service is so pathetic, worse their finance department...
