KFC- Ferndale, malibongwe drive

I am so disgusted, furious, shocked with disbelief that a brand big like KFC would feed us burnt chicken from the purchase of drive through. I bought myself a streetwise 2 n bucket for 1 which was going to be for snack and the streetwise would be for dinner today. I went to buy this around 17:30 as I checked the time on my slip and I am disgusted to find a burnt piece put in here as meal. This is very unprofessional, hooligan style to feed a person burnt meat. KFC Malibongwe service is not upto standard and it's pathetic to see such. Inpaid with my hard earned cash and don't expect to be given such pathetic service, bad food and worse to degrade me like this. Clearly the people who worked there saw this and disregarded it. I have pictures of this meal n slip to proof how they did me wrong. I am going to even post this on twitter to shame you guys.

I need this to be corrected and want remedial actions on the staff of Ferndale KFC on malibongwe.
