KFC Ferndale in Randburg on Malibongwe offers incredibly bad service.

KFC Ferndale on Malibongwe in Randburg is understaffed and cannot handle loadshedding. Their service is BAD, their ordering system is BAD, their comms with their own staff is BAD, which leads me to say that their store management is also BAD. Called customer care and after "logging a case", spending all the time explaining the issue to them, they cannot give me a ref nr because I do not have my slip with me. I ordered an Ice Cream, I did not want a refund, but, without your slip, customer care can also do NOTHING. Excuses, excuses, excuses, excusrs and the BAD service just keeps on coming with no-one giving a damn.
