KFC fast food my food

Get to KFC at lunchtime, there were 2 people infront of me. No idea what the holdup was because they also had been waiting 10 minutes or so. Turns out one cashier was on duty, and supervisor had no change?At lunchtime? Peak hour? Disorderly and disorientated, why would one have low staff during lunch hour rush? Missing people at some stations , if its the business way of cutting costs its actually going to cut customers. I for one will not be returning there.

When it was eventually my turn to order , 20 minutes later, i was told to wait an extra 3 minutes as they had run out of chips?? Of course we all know that the 3 minutes was longer as they had to get them from the freezer then start cooking them ...
