KFC Farmyard outside Mall of the North

<p>I bought chicken at KFC Farmyard outside mall of the north on 22 November 2016, time 16:49 and i was told that chicked is not ready and will only be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, chicken is still not ready and it is only made ready 17:25. This is 21 minutes later than the promised time and 36 minutes later from the time of the order. This is not accpetable and amounts to poor service and deceiving.</p>
