KFC False Advertising on App

On the 25th June 2024, my husband got a notification on his phone from the KFC app and it says he has been awarded a free Family Fiesta. Order on delivery plus. He tried this numerous times to no avail. He them proceeded to email KFC (26th June 2024)from the app and it said the turnaround time is up to 5 days for a response. To date it's been 2 weeks and we have received no response. Is this false advertising to coerce people to access your app and purchase???
