KFC (False advertising, of wings special), Wings available in-store but not making the special.

Yesterday, Tuesday, i went to KFC Sandown Road in Parklands Cape town, to buy the R55 wings promotion. They told me that its month end and they don't do specials on month end because now everyone wants to buy it. Now whats the use of advertising a special if you can't buy it. I asked them, do you have WINGS, they said yes, they are just not making the special. And the irony is that, they had a huge promotion sign.
