KFC false advertising and poor service

KFC is running a special for a crunch burger at 16.45 if orderd on the app We down loaded the app and try to order but it keeps telling us no delivery in our aria when the kfc does deliver and it is printed on there sign bord outside the kfc When we approached the store they say it is head office and the store can't help in that regard It is false advertising When we try to contact head office phone is offline
