Kfc fallen short of service to customers

Kfc in Delmas has been very unfair to its customers. I blame YUM restaurant international for not sending proper mystery shoppers and head office visits. Kfc is huge in the country but they have forgotten about customers service.

Some outlets are good though. Kfc customer careline worse off. They register your concerns and close it before you have been contacted.

Your falling will be great when we as customers decides to take our money to buy some where.
