Kfc failure to refund customers money

On 21/12/2021 I placed an other on the KFC app I did first order it declined then it said will generate refund I thought maybe it was the network cause I used it before without hassle I then tried again it did the same thing so I thought ok let me change the card an used my debit card I placed order it declined ok it was odd then I check my bank balance it's now the 4/01/2022 an still no refund Ive called the customer care line they said they will generate a case number which they did but still no response no refund an when I call them again they put me hold for long periods of time my airtime actually got finished their customer care service is pathetic I'm now out of pocket by R674.7 I stopped using the app an have stopped buying food from them I've actually gone as far as telling friends an family to stop using the app
