KFC - Failure ALWAYS

My Daughter wanted to buy her brother and her Mom a Krusher at KFC, so we went to KFC in Elardus park, and she ordered the Krushers 3 x Kit Kat Crusher , a very rude KFC employee who didn't even greet us, only said - our machine is not working, not sorry, or anything, even very rude. This is not the 1st time that they don't have ice cream or Krusher available.... this is the 4th time this year. They always out of stock with Ice cream when we get their..... or don't they want to serve us???? Shocking Pathetic NO SERVICE.......
