KFC failed me once again

<p>I can't even describe how absolutely ****ED I am right now.</p> <p>KFC Avonwood is even worse than KFC Belhar!<br />Every time you order in the drive-thru you are asked to park and wait up till 20minutes for your order to be ready. EVERY FREAKING Time!</p> <p>But the events of this morning top's it all! On my way home from night shift my husband and I thought we'd grab a quick bite at KFC Avonwood. Entering the drive-thru, there's nobody at the window where you order or pay, not even a notice or anything up on the window. We get to the window where one is supposed to pick up your food. There we get held up about 10minutes because none of the ladies there knows which key to use to open the window. So they ask us to come and order inside. Mind you the reason we went drive-thru in the first place is because it was pouring and so so so cold. Nevertheless we got out of the car and when we got to the front door, this is also locked. So I knocked on the door and the lady at the till looks up at me and just gives a smurk. They made us stand there for another freaking 15minutes in the cold, nobody coming to the door to inform us or reassure us about what the hell is going on! They appeared to be looking for the security to come and lock open the door.</p> <p>I am DONE with KFC. This type of service is beyond unacceptable!</p>
