Yet again, another disappointment from kfc cornubia mall. Ordered a family feast. Got no coleslaw with the meal. They just gave another mash n gravy with out asking me. When asking about the coleslaw the cashier just said she didnt know. If i knew they were out of it i wouldn't have ordered the meal as i like coleslaw. Tried calling the so called regional manager but no answer. Previously had another bad experience. Tried calling all the regional managers in the complaints and compliments boards, all the numbers just ring. No one even bothered to return my call. Kfc is getting worse day by day.
