KFC Eyethu Mall excellent service

I would like to applaud and send my appreciation to the Store Manager KFC Eyethu Mall in Orange Farm Mr Justice Ramagaga and his 2IC (Maria) for the outstanding service. I had an unfortunate incident but the manner in which they've handled my query was outstanding and highly professional . He was off duty but the urgency in how he handled my problem was as if he was in his office waiting for me only. The respect he has for his customers is out of this world. If only we can get the level of service in all your branches this world would be a better place. I am their loyal customer and will continue being one just because of the world class service they gave me. Thank you so much Guys. It is not about the bad experience I got but how you resolved it and even went beyond my expectation as your loyal customer. I am highly grateful and humbled. Keep up the good work. I hope your company reward you for your commitment and dedication.
