Kfc eyethu mall

I had the most abusive service at kfc eyethu mall in orange farms on 2021-12-30 where the cashier who didn't even have her name tag on was rude to me and even said if she wasn't on the till she would have beat me up. The argument was about the time delay on our order and they never explained to us that we will wait 45minutes.i asked Dorah who was the cashier to give me the manager number and she hesitated but eventually gave me the manager number named Justice and he has since said he would attend to my complain however I am still waiting. I have taken this route as a last resort as I am afraid to go to kfc after the incident and I live around the area. I felt abused and disrespected as a customer. My order was after 20:00 on 2021-12-30. I was not the only person complaining about their service but they never cared to fix this. Is this how kfc is meant to treat their customers especially during festive season which is a joyous time for everyone?
